More about this game

In Chromatic Drift, you control a colored orb in a circular arena. Your goal is to survive by matching your color to incoming geometric shapes and barriers. Hitting matching shapes builds your combo multiplier up to 4x, while mismatches cost you one of your 3 starting lives. As you play, the pressure increases, spawning faster shapes like homing pentagons and shielded hexagons. The arena also shrinks and expands at specific score thresholds. The run ends when you lose all your lives.

Tips
  • Stay near the center ring to earn double points for every shape you destroy, helping you reach arena expansion thresholds faster.
  • Cycle your color within 0.15 seconds of hitting a shape to trigger Overdrive, which boosts your movement speed by 1.65x.
  • Maintain a combo of 5 with at least 2000 points to become a Prisma Lord, reducing barrier health to 2 hits for 7 seconds.
Questions

How do I get more lives?

You can restore lost lives by collecting heart shapes that occasionally spawn. Hearts match any color and give you an extra life, up to a maximum of 5.

What do the different enemy shapes do?

Homing pentagons track your movement, splitters break into two smaller shapes when destroyed, and shielded hexagons require an extra hit to break their outer defense before you can destroy them.

How do I break the barriers?

Barriers require 3 hits with the matching color to shatter. If you have Prisma Blessing or Prisma Lord active, they only require 2 hits to destroy.
