More about this game
Vector Radar Pong is a circular take on the classic arcade mechanic. Your primary goal is to keep the phosphor ball inside the radar screen using two independently controlled paddles. As you play, the difficulty increases: the ball speeds up, and dynamic threats like battleships, missiles, and red signals appear to disrupt your focus. You earn cash during runs which can be spent in the shop to purchase power-up upgrades and unlock new cosmetic colors. A run ends immediately when the ball escapes the radar circle.
Tips
- Upgrade the Double Score power-up to level 5 to reach a 4X multiplier. This helps you farm cash much faster for other upgrades and cosmetics.
- When the ball speed increases significantly, prioritize grabbing the Slow-Mo power-up. It gives you crucial time to regain control and position your paddles correctly.
- Disarm red signals immediately by tapping them or hitting them with the ball. If they expire, the resulting visual glitch makes tracking the ball very difficult.
Questions
How do I get a 360-degree shield?
Upgrade the Longer Paddle power-up to level 5 in the shop. When you collect it during a run, it will temporarily form a complete 360-degree shield around the radar.
What happens when I hit the missiles?
Missiles fly across the radar screen periodically. If your paddle intercepts one, you earn bonus points and $2 cash, but chasing them can leave the ball undefended.
Can I change how the paddles are controlled?
Yes, open the settings menu to switch the lower control deck between rotating knobs and directional arrows. You can also adjust the arrow sensitivity from 0.35x to 1.5x.
