How to play

- Fight monsters to earn 18 gold and 25 spiritual energy per kill, then retreat to town.

- Visit the town menu to upgrade your weapons, armor, and meditation seal using your collected gold.
- Find all eight crystals hidden underground to complete your main quest and light up the forest.

In Ngân Lâm, you step into a 2D side-scrolling world where you must gather resources, fight monsters, and cultivate your spiritual power. Your main goal is to dig through earth and stone to find eight hidden crystals that will light up the forest. You must meditate to restore your health and mana, but be careful of roaming monsters that can interrupt you. As you gather gold and spiritual energy, you can upgrade your gear in town and break through five cultivation realms to unlock powerful magic skills.
Tips
- Meditating in the safe town restores your energy 1.5 times faster than in the forest. Upgrade your seal to increase this speed by 50 percent per level.
- Unlock the flying sword at the eastern ruins once you reach the Foundation Establishment realm. Flying consumes 5 mana per second, so watch your gauge.
- If your health drops to zero, you will be rescued and returned to the town with full health and mana, but you will lose your current position.
Questions
How do I heal my character?
You can heal by meditating, which slowly restores health and mana. You can also learn the Rejuvenation skill, which costs 30 mana but instantly restores 55 health plus extra based on your realm.
How do I get new magic skills?
Open the cultivation menu and go to the Skills tab. You can learn three different skills using the gold you collect from defeating monsters, provided you have reached the required cultivation realm.
What are the encounters in the forest?
There are three special encounters hidden in the east: an ancient stele that grants energy, a sword tomb that gives you a flying sword, and a spirit spring that fully restores your stats.
