Your goal is to win the 16-team football league while keeping the board happy. You start by choosing a club and a manager, each with unique ratings. During the season, you spend your budget on the transfer market, set your formation, and simulate 90-minute matches. Difficulty scales as opposing teams improve their squads and player energy drains. If you miss your board's objectives, you will be sacked, forcing you to find a new club or end your managerial career.
Tips
- Monitor player energy during the 90-minute matches. Substitute tired players when their energy drops below 60 percent to avoid conceding late goals.
- Set your training focus to Youth if you have players under 23. They will develop much faster and reach their potential rating quicker.
- Adjust your tactics based on the current scoreline. Switch to a 5-3-2 formation and a defensive mentality to protect a narrow lead late in the game.

How do I get more transfer budget?
You earn budget by winning or drawing matches, and you receive a large prize money payout at the end of the 30-match season based on your league position.
Why did I get sacked?
The board will sack you if your team's league position falls too far below their target objective. If sacked, you must choose a new club from available job offers.
How does player growth work?
Players grow toward their potential rating every week. Players under 21 grow the fastest, while players over 31 will slowly decline in their overall rating.
