More about this game
Your goal is to destroy all five segments of a massive dreadnought. The interceptor fires automatically, so you focus on dodging enemy projectiles and positioning your ship to hit weak points like the Bridge or Engine Bay. As the clock ticks past 12 seconds, the dreadnought gains a 45 percent chance to fire a three-way spread, increasing the difficulty. The run ends in victory when all segments are destroyed, or in defeat if your hull is hit once.
Tips
- Missiles deal 58 damage with a 118 splash radius, making them great for hitting multiple segments at once if you aim between them.
- The Core Hull has the highest health at 390 points, so save the high-damage plasma weapon to break it down quickly.
- Finish the run as fast as possible to maximize your time bonus, which starts at 12,000 and drops by 90 points every second.
Questions
How do I change my weapon?
Whenever you destroy one of the five dreadnought segments, it drops an ammo core. Catching this core changes your weapon to either missiles, plasma, or a continuous laser beam.
How is the score calculated?
You earn points for destroying segments, ranging from 850 for the Bridge to 1300 for the Core Hull. Catching cores adds 320 points, and you get a massive time bonus for finishing quickly.
Why did the enemy start firing more bullets?
The dreadnought's fire rate increases slightly over time. Additionally, after 12 seconds of gameplay, the boss has a 45 percent chance to fire a three-way spread instead of a single shot.
