- Reach the final safehouse beacon to finish the job and collect your cash reward.

In this coastal open-world escape, you take on an eight-stage waterfront job called Pier Pressure. Your goal is to secure a package and earn a $2,500 reward by following the mint beacon across the city. The core loop involves driving your turquoise car, meeting contacts, and avoiding collisions. Difficulty ramps up when you gain wanted stars, spawning police cruisers that chase you. A run ends in a clean getaway at the safehouse, or if the police box you in for six seconds.
Tips
- Your turquoise car reaches speeds up to 155 km/h, making it much faster than your on-foot sprint speed of 65.
- Hitting traffic while driving over 65 km/h during later stages instantly adds a wanted star and triggers a three-second cooldown.
- To lose the police, you must stay over 150 metres away from their cruisers for seven consecutive seconds to cool down.
Questions
How do I escape when the police are chasing me?
You need to keep moving along the long coastal roads. If a police cruiser stays within 30 metres of you for more than six seconds, you get busted and the run ends.
Can I check the city map or change characters?
Yes, open your phone to view the map and plan your route. You can also use the phone menu to switch between Jason and Lucia, or skip time ahead by six hours.
What happens if I crash my car into traffic?
Colliding with other vehicles while driving fast will slow your car down to 32 km/h. During escape missions, crashing also increases your wanted level and draws more police attention.
