In Zombie Evolution: Patient Zero, your goal is to spread the infection and stop the military from deploying a cure. You start as a basic walker, hunting civilians to build your horde and collecting DNA to evolve into stronger forms like the Spitter or Titan. As your threat level rises, the military responds with SWAT teams, tanks, and mechs. The run ends in victory if you infect the required number of humans and stop the final scientist, or in defeat if your health reaches zero, your horde is wiped out, or the 180-second cure timer expires.
Tips
- Prioritize civilians early to build your horde and collect DNA quickly.
- Use your roar ability to deal massive area damage when surrounded by enemies.
- Spend banked DNA in the Upgrade Lab to permanently increase your health, speed, and damage.

How do I evolve?
Evolution happens automatically as you collect DNA during a run. You progress from Walker to Runner, Spitter, Brute, Alpha, and finally Titan, gaining new stats and abilities at each stage.
What happens when the threat level increases?
As you infect more people and collect DNA, the military response escalates. You will face tougher enemies like SWAT, flamers, tanks, and eventually boss encounters.
How do I win the mission?
You must infect the target number of humans (default 25) and then chase down and defeat the final scientist carrying the cure before they reach the evacuation zone.
