Your goal is to shape a fulfilling life by navigating a series of pivotal moments. In each of the 12 chapters, you read a short scenario and select one of three choices. Every decision permanently alters your four core stats: wellbeing, purpose, connection, and money. The challenge lies in balancing these meters, as gaining in one area often means sacrificing another. The run ends after the 12th choice, revealing one of several unique endings based on your final stat distribution.
Tips
- Pay attention to the small text under each choice, as it hints at which stats might increase or decrease.
- Specialized endings require high stats; aim to push connection above 75 and wellbeing above 65 for a relationship-focused finale.
- Don't ignore the money meter entirely, but remember that pushing it above 75 while wellbeing drops below 50 triggers a specific rebuilt ending.
Questions
How many choices do I make in one game?
You will make exactly 12 choices per playthrough. Each choice represents a different chapter or moment in your character's life, from childhood all the way to older age.
What do the four meters represent?
The meters track your wellbeing, purpose, connection, and money. They start around 50 and fluctuate based on your decisions, ultimately determining which ending you receive after the 12th chapter.
Can I undo a choice?
No, once you click a choice, the game immediately updates your stats and moves to the next chapter. You must finish the 12 chapters and restart to try different paths.
