- Wait for the glowing wedge to pass directly under the top cutter.

The goal is to successfully cut 12 slices of pizza before the strict 40-second timer runs out. A pizza spins continuously in the center of the screen, and you must trigger the cutter exactly when the glowing wedge passes under it. As you complete more slices, the rotation speed increases and the spinning direction randomly reverses to throw off your timing. A run ends in victory if you reach 12 slices, or in defeat if the timer reaches zero or you lose your three hearts by missing the wedge entirely.
Tips
- Aim for a perfect cut within a 7-degree window to earn 500 points instead of the standard 250 or 100 points for late hits.
- Anticipate sudden direction changes, because the spinning pizza has a 26 percent chance to reverse its rotation after every successful cut.
- The base rotation speed increases slightly after each of your first 10 slices, so prepare to react much faster as you near the goal.

How do I lose hearts?
You lose one of your three hearts if you trigger the cutter when the glowing wedge is more than 28 degrees away from the blade. Losing all three ends the round.
How much time do I have?
You start each round with exactly 40.0 seconds on the clock. You must successfully cut all 12 slices before this timer reaches zero to win the kitchen rush.
How is the final accuracy calculated?
Accuracy averages your slice timing: perfect cuts award 100 percent, good cuts give 75 percent, and late cuts give 45 percent. Misses lower your total average over the round.
