More about this game
In Coin Grab Maze, your goal is to secure as much gold as possible while surviving endless procedurally generated labyrinths. Each round gives you exactly 75 seconds to locate the hidden key, unlock the exit door, and escape. As you clear levels, the maze expands up to a 19 by 19 grid, and the roaming gremlin gains a six percent speed boost every stage. Your run ends immediately if the timer hits zero or you lose all three of your hearts to the gremlin.
Tips
- The roaming gremlin gets six percent faster every single level. Plan your escape route carefully before grabbing the final coins, especially in later stages when it moves incredibly fast.
- You get exactly 1.25 seconds of invulnerability after taking a hit from the gremlin. Use this brief grace period to sprint straight through the enemy toward the exit.
- Up to 28 coins can spawn depending on your current level. Since each coin awards 100 points, clearing the board early on is the best way to build a massive score.
Questions
How do I unlock the exit door?
You must explore the labyrinth to find the hidden key. Once you pick it up, the exit door automatically opens, and you can step on it to advance to the next level.
What happens if the gremlin catches me?
Touching the gremlin costs you one of your three hearts and grants 1.25 seconds of invulnerability. If you lose all three hearts, your current run ends and you must restart from level one.
Why does the maze keep getting bigger?
The grid expands as you progress, capping at a maximum size of 19 by 19 tiles. This gives you more room to dodge the gremlin but makes finding the key much harder.
