More about this game
Your goal is to clear a grid of 9 rows and 8 columns by matching 32 pairs of identical shells. You can only link two shells if a path can be drawn between them through empty space with no more than two 90-degree turns. As you make consecutive matches, your combo multiplier increases, granting up to 126 bonus points per match. You have a limited time of 150 seconds to clear all the shells. The run ends when you clear the board or the timer reaches zero.
Tips
- Look for matching pairs on the outer edges of the 9 by 8 grid, as they are often easier to connect through the open space outside the board.
- Build up your combo by making matches quickly to earn up to 126 bonus points per match, plus a speed bonus based on remaining time.
- Save your 3 hints and 3 shuffles for emergencies, because using a hint costs 50 points and a manual shuffle costs 90 points.
Questions
Why can't I match two identical shells?
You can only match shells if the path between them passes through empty space and has no more than two turns. If the route is blocked by other shells, the match is invalid.
What happens if there are no moves left?
If no valid matches are available, the board will automatically shuffle for free. If you are stuck but moves exist, you can use one of your 3 manual shuffles, which deducts 90 points.
How do I get a higher score?
Every match grants a base of 120 points. You earn more points by making consecutive matches to build your combo, and you receive 25 bonus points for every second remaining when you win.
