More about this game
Breathe & Hum Guide is a calming interactive tool designed to help you focus on your breath. The core loop involves following a glowing orb that expands and contracts, guiding you through a chosen breathing rhythm. You can select either a 4-4 or 4-7-8 pattern. The ambient hums and voice cues sync with the orb to keep you on track. A session completes after three full breathing cycles, ending with a gentle outro.
Tips
- Use the 4-7-8 rhythm if you want a longer hold phase between inhaling and exhaling.
- Listen to the voice cues if you prefer to close your eyes during the exercise.
- Tap anywhere on the screen if you need to pause the session at any time.
Questions
How long does a session last?
A session automatically completes after you finish three full breathing cycles of your chosen rhythm.
What is the difference between the rhythms?
The 4-4 rhythm is a simple 4-second inhale and 4-second exhale. The 4-7-8 rhythm adds a 7-second hold between a 4-second inhale and an 8-second exhale.
Can I turn off the voice cues?
The voice cues are built into the experience, but you can pause the session by tapping the screen if you need a break.
