In Balloon Panic, your goal is to score as many points as possible in 60 seconds by popping balloons. The core loop involves tapping balloons as they float up while avoiding bombs that deduct 250 points and break your combo. As the timer ticks down, difficulty increases with faster balloons, higher spawn rates, and more bombs. Random events and run modifiers keep things unpredictable. The run ends when the 60-second timer runs out, revealing your final score and completed challenges.
Tips
- Golden balloons award 50 points and risky gold award 100 points, but they move faster. Prioritize them if you have a high combo multiplier.
- Popping a bomb deducts 250 points and instantly breaks your combo, so tap carefully. If you have a heart shield, it will absorb one mistake.
- Trigger Fever mode by filling the gauge to double your score multiplier for 8 seconds. Fever mode also slightly increases the combo window grace period.

What do the special balloons do?
Heart balloons give a mistake shield, blue balloons slow time for 4 seconds, orange balloons speed it up, and overcharge balloons give a 1.5x score multiplier for 4 seconds.
How do I get a higher combo?
Pop balloons within the 2-second combo window to keep your streak alive. Reaching an 8x combo gives you a maximum 4x score multiplier, which stacks with Fever mode.
What are the random events?
Events like Balloon Storm, Golden Rush, or Bomb Rush happen randomly during the 60-second round. They change spawn rates and balloon types for 5 to 6 seconds, offering huge scoring opportunities.
