How to play
- Move your character carefully across the narrow platforms and avoid falling into the void.

- Spend your collected echoes at the spirit forge between levels to upgrade your health, damage, and speed.

Your goal is to ascend 20 tiers of platforms to break the seals of the Hollow King. You must navigate moving platforms, strike down shadow enemies, and collect echoes to spend at the spirit forge. The difficulty increases as platforms move faster and enemies grow stronger, culminating in elite boss fights every five levels. A run ends when you lose all 5 lives by falling into the void or taking too much damage from enemies, sending you back to the menu.
Tips
- You have exactly 0.14 seconds of coyote time to jump after walking off an edge, which helps you clear wide gaps safely.
- Upgrade your Echo Lodestone to increase your magnet radius, making it much easier to collect dropped echoes without risking a dangerous fall.
- Elite bosses appear on levels 5, 10, 15, and 20. Make sure to upgrade your sword damage and health before facing them.

How do I heal in the game?
Your health resets when you lose a life. You also have a 30 percent chance to have a severed life-thread mended when you talk to an unclaimed spirit.
What happens when I lose all my lives?
If you lose all 5 lives, it is game over and you return to the level menu. However, you keep your unlocked levels, currency, and purchased upgrades.
How do I unlock the King's Sword?
You must defeat the Hollow King on level 20 to unlock the King's Sword. This golden weapon defeats any enemy in a single hit when you start New Game Plus.
