How to play
- Drag your cell to move around the arena.
- Engulf Spike Viruses to gain energy and score points.
- Avoid Toxic Spores and the Mega Virus to prevent health loss.
- Use the Blast button when you have 25 energy to damage nearby enemies.
- Collect power-ups for temporary surges or mitosis effects.

In Leukocyte: Bio-Neon Surge, your goal is to survive waves of viral attacks by engulfing Spike Viruses to maintain your energy. Your energy constantly decays, and dropping to zero damages your health. Touching Toxic Spores or the Mega Virus also drains your health. Between waves, you choose upgrades to improve your cell's speed, energy gain, or blast cooldown. The run ends when your cell's health reaches zero.
Tips
- Keep moving to continuously engulf Spike Viruses, as your energy decays at 5.5 per second.
- Save your Blast for when you are surrounded or facing the Mega Virus, as it costs 25 energy.
- Prioritize upgrading Engulf Metabolism to gain up to 40% more energy from each Spike Virus.
Questions
How do I defeat the Mega Virus?
The Mega Virus appears every 5 waves. Use your Blast ability to deal heavy damage, or collect a Macrophage Surge power-up to damage it by ramming into it.
What happens when my energy runs out?
If your energy drops to zero, your cell will start taking continuous damage until you engulf a Spike Virus or collect an energy power-up.
What do the power-ups do?
The Mitosis power-up creates echoes that engulf enemies for 10 seconds. The Macrophage Surge grants 16 energy and lets you damage enemies by touching them for 8 seconds.
