Examine patients by asking them specific questions to uncover clues about their symptoms. Once you have enough information, run a diagnostic exam to determine the severity and treatment. A run ends when you choose to save or restart your progress.
Tips
- Advancing time by 1 or 7 days will bring in new patients and free up beds as others recover.
- Pay attention to the urgency level of each patient; some cases are marked as urgent and need immediate care.
- Discharging patients when appropriate helps increase your hospital's reputation up to 100%.

How do I get more patients?
You can advance time by 1 or 7 days using the buttons in the top right corner. This will bring in new patients based on the daily arrival rate.
What happens when I admit a patient?
Admitting a patient increases the number of occupied beds in your hospital and removes them from the waiting list.
How do I save my progress?
Your progress is saved automatically when you return to the home screen using the save button in the bottom navigation menu.
