The core loop involves choosing how to answer the interviewer's questions and selecting details to sketch in your book, like Jack's hands or Archie's fur. Your choices affect your Boundary, Authenticity, and Tension meters. The difficulty lies in keeping your Boundary and Authenticity high enough to succeed while managing the tension of the room. The run ends after you complete three sketches and answer the final question, resulting in one of several endings based on your final stats.
Tips
- Choosing firm boundaries increases your Boundary meter, which starts at 62. Every choice impacts your stats by a base factor of 10.
- Sketching details always increases your Authenticity meter, which needs to reach at least 62 for a successful ending. Each sketch adds a base of 14 to authenticity.
- Keep an eye on the Tension meter; if it goes above 65, it turns red and can affect the tone of your success. Sketching lowers tension by 3.

How do I get a good ending?
To get a successful ending, you need to finish the interview with a Boundary score of at least 55 and an Authenticity score of at least 62. Keeping tension below 60 gives the best result.
What does sketching do?
Sketching increases your Authenticity and Focus, while lowering your Tension by 3 points. You must complete three sketches to finish the game, choosing from details like Zig-Zag's coat.
Can I talk to the band?
