More about this game
Choose a class and sneak through numbered facility levels by copying the forms of maintenance workers and cargo crates. Avoid the vision cones of patrolling guards, or strike them from behind to recruit them as apprentices. Every tenth level features a boss arena where you must defeat a powerful rival to earn skill pieces. Difficulty scales automatically, increasing enemy health and speed by 5% per level as you progress until your cover is blown.
Tips
- Sneaking reduces your movement speed to 38% but helps you avoid triggering guard alerts when moving through their vision cones.
- Defeating a boss every 10 levels drops a skill piece and a collectible item that boosts your damage by up to 32% depending on its rarity.
- Feed your adopted pet to maintain its hunger above 60%, ensuring it follows you at maximum speed and grows up to 5 times its original size.
Questions
How do I unlock my class skill?
Defeat the boss that appears every 10 levels to earn a skill piece. This unlocks your unique ability, like the Fighter's Shockwave, Archer's Arrow Storm, or Mage's Phase Veil, which have cooldowns between 4 and 10 seconds.
What do apprentices do?
When you knock out a guard from behind, you can recruit them as an apprentice. They will follow you and automatically attack nearby enemies, dealing 24 base damage that scales with your Apprentice Mod upgrades.
How does the pet system work?
You can adopt a Neon Hound for 140 credits or a Signal Fox for 260 credits. Feed them pet food to increase their growth, which makes them larger and faster, but their hunger decreases over time.
