More about this game
In Deck Hand Farm, you manage a grid-based farm using a deck of action cards. Your goal is to maximize your profit over a 12-day season, starting with just 12 gold. You can play exactly three cards per day to plant, water, and harvest crops. As you complete quests, the difficulty increases by adding unplantable holes, aquatic plots, and crop-blocking insects. The run ends when the 12-day season finishes, and your final gold total becomes your high score.
Tips
- Save up 30 gold early to expand your field from a 4x4 grid to a 5x5 grid, giving you more room to plant.
- Use the Tractor card to harvest an entire row at once, saving precious daily actions compared to harvesting single plots.
- Golden seeds multiply a crop's final value by three, so always try to combine them with high-yield pumpkins to earn massive amounts of gold in a single harvest.
Questions
How do I get more cards?
You automatically draw a new card from your deck whenever you play or discard a card from your hand. Your hand capacity is normally three, but buying a shop card adds a temporary fourth slot.
What do the different crops do?
Corn is cheap but yields less. Peppers cost 5 gold and offer double value. Pumpkins cost 8 gold for triple value. Water rice costs 6 gold and can only be planted on aquatic water plots.
How do I deal with insects?
Once you reach level 4, insects have a 32 percent chance to infest growing crops each day. You must buy insecticide from the shop for 5 gold to clear the bugs so the crop can grow.
