In Jack and Lisa: Echoes of Trust, you guide a group through a tense confrontation. Your goal is to manage Trust, Morale, and Tension meters by making narrative choices. You can switch between four perspectives—Jack, Lisa, Tommy, and the Group—to reveal hidden thoughts and secret notes. Each choice affects the room's stats, and your final decision, combined with your stat levels, determines which of the four endings you unlock.
Tips
- Switching perspectives before making a choice reveals hidden notes and context that might guide your decision.
- Comforting Sunny Two or Sunny Three reduces Tension by 7 points and increases Morale by 2.
- To unlock the Shield of Trust ending, you must choose the first final option while keeping Trust at 68 or higher and Tension at 66 or lower.

How do I unlock different endings?
Endings are determined by your final choice and your current stats. For example, the Public Reckoning ending requires Morale to be at least 53 when you choose the second option.
What do the dogs do?
You can comfort Sunny Two or Sunny Three up to two times each. Doing so lowers Tension by 7 points and raises Morale by 2 points.
Why did I get the Divided Hearts ending?
The Divided Hearts ending acts as a fallback if your stats don't meet the requirements for the ending you chose. For instance, choosing Quiet Healing with less than 54 Trust results in Divided Hearts.
