- You need at least five combined points from a single choice to get the best reaction and hear the positive sound effect.
- To earn the highest final rating, Truth With Compassion, you must accumulate at least sixteen total points across the three chapters.

How many scenarios are there?
There are three specific chapters: an arcade toilet where a tourist judges Tommy, a crowded bus priority seat, and a cafe entrance involving his service dog.
What do Awareness and Dignity points do?
They determine your final rating at the end of the story. Scoring over fifteen points earns the Truth With Compassion rating, while scoring over eleven earns Calm, Clear Advocate.
How do I reveal the cane?
