More about this game
In Roseville PD: Code Jack, you work the dispatch desk and must quickly read incoming public calls. Your goal is to score points by correctly identifying whether a caller is reporting a real emergency or just misunderstanding a person using a white cane and a guide dog. As you clear calls, the difficulty ramps up with less time to decide and more ambiguous reports. The shift ends when the 75-second timer runs out.
Tips
- A white cane or a guide dog in a harness is not an emergency on its own; look for active threats.
- You have 11 seconds for early calls, but the time drops to 5.5 seconds as you clear more calls.
- Build a streak of correct decisions to increase your score multiplier up to 2x.
Questions
What happens if I make the wrong choice?
If you misclassify a call, you lose 125 points, your streak resets to zero, and the queue pressure increases.
What happens if I run out of time on a call?
If the decision window expires, the call times out. This breaks your streak and increases the queue pressure.
Can I listen to the call instead of reading?
Yes, you can use the Replay Call button to have the transcript read aloud if your device supports text-to-speech.
