More about this game
Queens Logic Puzzle is a grid-based game where you must place one queen in every row, column, and colored region. The core loop involves analyzing the board to deduce where queens can safely go without sharing a row, column, region, or touching diagonally. You can choose between 6x6 (Easy), 8x8 (Medium), and 10x10 (Hard) difficulty packs. A run ends when you successfully place all queens with zero conflicts, recording your completion time and updating your win streak.
Tips
- Use the Quick X button to easily mark out invalid cells without cycling through the queen icon. This saves time when blocking out large areas.
- Look for small colored regions first; they have fewer options for placing a queen. Once placed, mark all surrounding cells with an X.
- Watch out for red pulsing queens, which indicate a conflict you need to resolve. A conflict means queens are sharing a row, column, region, or touching.
Questions
What do the red queens mean?
A red pulsing queen means there is a conflict. It shares a row, column, region, or touches another queen diagonally.
How many queens do I need to place?
You need to place exactly one queen for every row and column. For example, an 8x8 board requires 8 queens.
What does the Quick X button do?
The Quick X button changes your tap behavior so it only toggles between an empty cell and an X, preventing accidental queen placements.
