More about this game
In Jones Way: The Right Way, you step into a tense conversation between Sally and Lisa as Jack. Your goal is to choose dialogue options that protect Lisa's comfort while trying to increase Sally's receptiveness. Every choice impacts three meters: Lisa's Comfort starting at 62, Sally's Receptiveness starting at 28, and Jack's Composure starting at 82. The interaction ends after exactly five conversational beats. Your success depends on reaching specific goals for comfort and receptiveness by the end of the exchange.
Tips
- Prioritize Lisa's comfort over educating Sally. Negative choices can heavily impact comfort, dropping it below the 64 point goal required for a fully successful outcome.
- Use the Reflect button if you need guidance on the best approach for the current beat. It provides a short coaching observation to help you choose wisely.
- Avoid choices that force Lisa to mask or conform to typical behavior. Rushing her or demanding eye contact will lower her comfort by up to 17 points.
Questions
How do I get the best ending?
You achieve a successful outcome by finishing the five conversational beats with Lisa's comfort meter at 64 or higher and Sally's receptiveness meter at 58 or higher.
What happens if I make a bad choice?
Poor choices will lower Lisa's comfort or Jack's composure, and may decrease Sally's receptiveness. If comfort drops below 50, the debrief will advise you to pause and try again.
What does the Reflect button do?
The Reflect button provides a short, compassionate coaching observation to help you understand the best way to handle the current situation without demanding eye contact or speech.
