More about this game
In People, Not Props, you navigate a tense family confrontation over a taken item. The goal is to build enough Boundary Strength to finally stand your ground. You progress by choosing dialogue options that range from retreating to firm pushback. Firm choices grant the most strength, while retreating gives the least. If you reach the climax threshold of 60 strength, you must hold a button for 3.6 seconds to deliver your final speech. Failing to reach the threshold or releasing the button too early ends the run.
Tips
- Firm choices grant 25 Boundary Strength, making them the fastest way to reach your goal.
- Measured choices give 15 strength, which is safer but requires consistent pushback.
- During the climax, do not release the hold button until the 3.6 seconds are fully up.
Questions
What happens if I choose to retreat?
Retreating only gives you 5 Boundary Strength. If you retreat too often, you won't reach the 60 strength needed for the final confrontation.
How do I win the game?
You must reach at least 60 Boundary Strength by making firm or measured choices, then successfully hold the final button for 3.6 seconds.
Can I try again if I fail?
Yes, if you don't have enough strength or release the hold button early, you can restart and try to be firmer.
